The editorial team of ECDC Publishing of JoMOR is led by Dr. Mohd Ikhwan Aziz, at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, Malaysia. Key areas of expertise include talent development, Islamic banking, management, marketing, and supply chain. Reflecting his considerable academic standing and expertise, Dr. Ikhwan Aziz has undertaken a variety of roles with both learned and professional bodies and commercial organizations. Further, he still keeps on growing for the sake of knowledge base development and sharing.

Managing Editor Dr. Asyraf Afthanorhan

Asyraf Afthanorhan, PhD. is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences, University of Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Department of Management Sciences. He received PhD in Management Statistics at the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences in 2017. He also received Master of Science in Mathematical Sciences at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) in 2013. Accordingly, he was awarded Graduate On Time (GOT) twice from UniSZA and UMT. His main interest is Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Squares Path Modeling, Generalized Structured Component Analysis, Unobserved Heterogeneity Modelling and Scientific Literature Review. He is actively engaged in number of Scopus journals and most of his publications can be found in Researchgate, Google Scholar, and Scopus websites.

Editorial Board Dr. Sathiswaran (UK)

Senior lecturer in Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Business in University Malaysia Kelantan. He obtained his PhD in University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom with a thesis on Entrepreneurship and Internationalisation. He teaches Entrepreneurship and Marketing related subjects in the University and works as a business consultant for start-ups. Much of his work focuses on Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) development, effectuation, internationalisation and Green marketing. His field of interests include: Internationalisation, impact of effectuation in internationalisation, entrepreneurial behaviour in internationalisation and opportunity discovery process, crowd funding and green marketing.
